DO YOU OFFER GROUP LESSONS?
In addition to weekly private 30-minute lessons in my home studio, at the end of the month, students attend an hour-long MUSIC ENRICHMENT CLASS with other kids their age.
During MUSIC ENRICHMENT class, we learn about a different famous musician each month (past and present) and we improvise and perform our songs together.
Students enjoy this chance to learn with their peers and make new musical friendships.
We also have an adult class, too!

These are just some of the famous musicians & composers we have studied during our MUSIC ENRICHMENT CLASSES this year!
There are so many legendary artists—from Tchaikovsky to the Beatles—that have enriched music through the ages!
During our MUSIC ENRICHMENT CLASSES, students learn about the lives of these musicians, listen to many of their works, and gain a broader understanding of their music.
When did Eric Satie practice piano every day? How many pianos did Liszt need per concert? How could Beethoven write music when he was going deaf?
Each MUSIC ENRICHMENT CLASS is like a game of Jeopardy as we discover fascinating facts about musicians old and new.
Our goal is to introduce your student to many of the performing movers & shakers who made a lasting impact on the music we enjoy today.
At the end of our class, students perform for each other on my piano. We also improvise together, learning chords & scales & rhythms that are the foundation of music.
This monthly practice helps to conquer stage fright and encourages your student to create their own musical compositions!
